How long does a loft renovation typically take?
Most projects run between 8 and 14 weeks, depending on scope, material lead times, and the complexity of structural or carpentry work involved. We provide a detailed project timeline before any work begins — so you know exactly what to expect and when.
Do I need to manage my own contractors?
Not at all. IS Design Studio handles the full renovation process end-to-end — design, contractor coordination, site supervision, and quality checks. Your role is to share your vision. Ours is to bring it to life.
My loft is quite small. Can you still help?
Absolutely — and honestly, compact lofts are where great design makes the most difference. We specialise in maximising every square foot without making a space feel busy or compromised. Some of our most celebrated projects started with the tightest footprints.
