Design Concept	The vision behind the loft at 2 Indus Road was to maximize vertical space, creating a distinctive layout that exudes both openness and intimacy. The design pivots on a harmonious balance of minimalist elements and rich textures, capturing the essence of modern loft living. A mezzanine level was introduced to extend the usable area, housing a sleek workspace that overlooks the main living zone. Black steel framing paired with warm wooden finishes defines the structure, giving the loft an industrial yet refined character.
Unique features	Statement Staircase: The custom-designed staircase serves as a focal point, merging architectural beauty with practicality. The dark-toned panels contrast elegantly with the natural wood steps, leading to the mezzanine. Open Concept Living: A fluid transition between the dining, kitchen, and living areas enhances the sense of space, anchored by muted color palettes and curated decor. Kitchen Design: The sleek, dark cabinetry juxtaposed with light countertops creates a striking visual effect. Functional layouts ensure efficient use of every corner. Bespoke Lighting: Sculptural light fixtures cast organic shadows, adding depth and drama to the overall ambiance. Luxury Bath Spaces: The bathrooms feature textured stone finishes, frameless glass partitions, and ambient mirror lighting – a perfect retreat within the home. Material Selection High-quality materials such as marble, dark walnut, and matte black metals were carefully curated to highlight the contemporary opulence of the space.
